Quicker ways
- To report a mistake in a guide, use the Report a problem form at the bottom of that guide — it tells us exactly which guide (and step) you mean.
- To ask for a new guide, use Suggest a guide.
What we can’t do
We can’t diagnose a particular layout or decoder by email, repair equipment or offer product support. For a fault with a product, the manufacturer or the shop you bought it from is the right place to start; open-source projects such as DCC-EX and JMRI have their own support communities.
